wow... that place is gorgeous!

The market here is really hot right now and most well priced properties under $400k sell fast, sometimes in the first day or two they're listed.

This one was the one to get... it's in the same neighborhood as the 1.4 mil house you posted, just right down the street from it.

Sorry, mama looked at the dirt roads and not a tree in sight, and she said no frickin way! I did like it though. I could see me cruising with a golf cart with a cocktail at sundown.

We've got a few trees. You don't want many because they block the views. The views are big... they go for MILES! We have 50 mile views!
 
So does the Mojave Desert! LOL! I think I will just go the cheaper route and be a leach. Chris has room above his garage and I'm sure he wouldn't mind me moving in. After all, he is use to drunks and druggies flopping around his house every day.

Bummer!

We have a well and septic system.... No water bill and no sewer bill. No electric bill to speak of either since we have solar.
What I think are outrageous are the DirecTV and Verizon bills!!!
