Yeah I pushed the rear axle back 4" already using S10 Blazer springs. Once it's lower it should help a ton.

Nice CJ. My friend built this CJ7, it's on 46x19.50x20's, Dana 60 front, 14 bolt rear and a AMC V-8 under the hood with enough horses to do burnout.

Yep haha. Just rollers for now. Taken them to the gas station a few times but will swap on the 40s as soon as I find some 17s.

Steering is done. Next is welding SUA perches to the axles, then front high fenders.

The front SUA is all buttoned up. Starting the rear tomorrow.

What size lifts springs are you running to keep it SUA?

These are flat 0" lift springs. The shackles are boomerangs and are pretty tall. I acquired them from a pile in Jeff's yard so I'm not sure on the height but they are definitely an inch or two taller than stock.

The front springs are factory rear CJ7 springs and the rear springs are factory rear S10 / Blazer springs.
