What did you eat for dinner?

I went to Costco the other day, and in their refrigerated ready-made meals, I found a ravioli lasagna, in a pork meat sauce. I'm here to tell you all that this was the best meal I've have had in months. About 2 pounds of meal for $15, and enough for 4 persons easily.

I made spaghetti and meatballs.

A chicken sandwich at a Mexican restaurant. Horrible! Yeah, I agree, what the hell should I expect when I order American food at a Mex joint?

Fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs, and a twice baked potato casserole. Delish!

I've quit Chili's, O'Charlies, ApplesBees, most of the chain restraunts. I can microwave all the food I want at home, why pay someone to do it for me.

Pork loin stuffed with smoked cheese and green onion, wrapped in bacon and grilled. Black beans.
Baked acorn squash. Salad and iced tea.

Chopped chicken, red peppers, onion, cilantro and cheese fried in a corn tortilla.
