Crispy fried Pork Steak, Hominy, a couple of eggs over medium and Apple Cider.... sounds odd but it WAS good!!

Everything sounds good except the hominy. Never developed a taste for it or ocra.

Firing up the stick burner smoker, 3 racks of back ribs fixing to go on for a little smokey love from some hickory wood. My grandsons 4th birthday so I'm excited about cake and ice cream.

I'm gonna spatchcock and smoke a turkey for thanksgiving.

Spatchcocking is my favorite way to cook a whole bird, other than deep frying. I'm cooking a whole turkey and a breast in the deep fryer Thursday.

Friday with the leftover dressing we'll be making some dressing waffles, try it, they're delicious.
