Below zero here tonight. I saw where up near the Canadian border actual temp was -43. So it could be a lot worse.
I agree,it can always be worse. It's going to be a cold week here.

I put 3 racks of ribs on the smoker, have a bunch of chicken wings I'm taking to cook at the fire dept where my son in law is on shift today. Guess I could of picked a warmer day to do this...oh well, things we do for our kids.

Deb made some cowboy beans and walnut Cole slaw. Some of the wives are bringing some other stuff and desert. Cooking for the firemen, their wives and kids. Tough being on shift during the holidays.
