Neighbor came over for laxatives for his wife who just had foot surgery. We wondered why the lazy ass hubby wouldn't just drive to one of the 12 drug stores within a mile from us. He came over to pick up the laxatives and announced he was dealing with covid. We then invide the daughter and her hubby over for a nice BBQ'ed tri tip roast last night. After dinner, he announced that he is dealing with the RSV virus. Great, we got sick people all around us! We feel fine though. Best of all, the tri tip turned out excellent. 4 of us woofed down a full 3 1/2 pound roast.

Always better to get your neighbors and freids sick and not the store clerk.
The store clerks have 30 feet of towel wrapped around their head. That protects them from viruses.

It gets better. My stepson has to work a 12 hour shift, so I have to take him to work at 6. Think I caught this from him in the first place.
Chris, what do you know about new housing developments in Meridian? SIL's aunt bought a back property with a new house, with written promise behind her was undevelopable. They are now building houses there.
Sounds like typical empty promises but if it in writing and not worded with wierd exclusions then she can sue but thats about it. Where in Meridian is it? With enough cash anything is developable. Who is the builder? Hopefully not a Cbh home.

For future reference any and all empty land is developable. Never believe a builder, first off they just want to sell homes and second especially here a lot of land is considered not buildable due to not having building permits attached to the property. In the old days you wouldn't be able to build but now you can buy your way out of it. They first set this state up to not have growth, it was almost impossible to subdivide and build up until a few years ago, now you just apply and pay a fee and you get a yes answer.
Don't know the builder, but was written as state owned, undevelopable land behind her. (Well, besides the hundred home they just started building!)
State owned unless sold should never be buildable.

I'd love a chunk, but didn't want to be a burden since I know you usually stop over in Vegas or that casino in the middle of nowhere. If it can stay cold, you get it and I'll either send cash now or whenever. The rib eyes here now taste like shoe leather. I'd even pay you to slice them up 3/4" as steaks, or whole, doesn't make much difference.
What are the chances that all of us can get together somewhere sometime this spring?
