My sisters-in-law have decided I can buy my late FIL's pickup. 99 F250 with 99,000 miles. Has not run in 2 years. I figure it is worth the $150. they want to get it out of my driveway

Drove it in and it would not start. Happened a couple other times but would always eventually start. But not the last time. I decided not to work on it unless it became mine. Besides since it was part of an estate, I could no longer get insurance on it. As soon as I get a clear title, I will see if I can figure it out. Don't know if I will keep it or not. Already have two good cars and a work van. There is only the two of us. My MIL had promised it to me when she was gone, but never put it in writing. They were good people. He gave me his guns before he died. They had supported my wife's two sisters forever, and we never asked them for anything. I went to their house and worked for free a lot of weekends. I miss them as much as I do my parents.Any idea why it is not 'running'?
Going to see if I can get it running, when I get a clear titleHow much do you want for it?

Put a scanner on it and it was not showing any codes. It had a fuel pump put on it just before she passed, wondering if it is that in line filter? Won't touch it again until I get a title.
