Well the a-hole is staying in DC. He won't even go back to his home town because he never helped them clean up all of the crimes and murders. So I'm still stuck with them around here. Pack up and leave dick.

OK, here is a question for you all...
A thief goes into a market and steals a $100 bill. He returns in 10 minutes and buys $70 worth of groceries, using the $100 bill he stole earlier. The clerk returns $30 in change, he takes his groceries and leaves the location.

Depends on mark up?
Is the mark up really important? FYI,, as a old cop, when someone stole anything, it is listed as retail price, because that was what they should have received for the loss.
