It came out yesterday. If someone gets mad at you and decides you are dangerous. They can take your guns. Then you must prove your are not dangerous. Florida has such a law and it has been greatly abused.
I'm sure it has been abused. Women have been doing this for 50 years as a way to screw with their ex's.
