site is stalking me!!

I keep getting email announcements on threads i have posted on.
I unclicked in my profile not to receive, it clutters up my email box.
how can i fix this.

Go into your Personal Details
Left hand col
to Settings, then to Prefences, at OPTIONs, you can turn off the emails there.

I don't think it changes the ones you have already subscribed to before you changed the setting, you will have to go to each of those threads and change it.

I have found this to be true.

Another thing to do, when you get an email from jf, open it and scroll to the bottom. You can click on a link to not receive emails which redirects here for a final click.
I did that this morning and have not received any emails, but the site shows alerts to watched threads (which I wanted).
