I'd love to try to help, but, the pics are not clear enough to even make a good guess... possibly a rubber boot from a drive shaft part, axel shaft, steering joint ?????????

Yep, my guess, axle shaft boot...

CV shaft boot would be my guess, I'm not 100% sure though.
