Wasn't mine. Was someone i knows bird. Egg birds are not meaty. I really dont know why they wanted it butchered. Wasnt worth the effort.

I also spotted a Glossy Ibis which is a rare bird in Arizona.

My first time making deviled eggs. They turned out good, but probably could have used a little more pickle relish.
