Could you call or text him and walk him through the password process? I seem to be confusing him, still on my first cup of coffee.
Not really sure what to tell him to try, because he said he tried the new password five times and it didn't work and the link to email someone if you had a problem didn't work either.

I had issues with it last night also, email invalid kept popping up. I will call him when he gets out of work.

I just texted him the only two ways I know to try, will see if that works.
