My G/F's sister bought 3 territories of ChemDry carpet cleaning. Paid $300k, sold for $30k.

I remember when these steam carpet cleaning companies would hire college kids for the summer and give them 30 minutes of instruction. Steam cleaning will ruin a carpet if it is too hot.
